We would like to introduce you to each of the members of the EntreMundos family, their
Yessica has a degree in Local Environmental Management from the Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala and studied Regional Development at FLACSO. She has worked with development and human rights organizations in Guatemala and has supported EntreMundos since 2012.
Diana Pastor – Communications Coordinator
Diana is a Social Worker. She studied at the Universidad San Carlos and the University of Monterrey Bay in the United States. She also collaborates with an organization that promotes the rights of Indigenous Peoples. She joined EntreMundos in 2017.
Graduated as a Chartered Accountant and with a closed Pensum in Auditing from Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala. She has advised EntreMundos, other non-profit organizations, individuals and small taxpayers. Aldy has worked at EntreMundos since 2010.
Lourdes Aguilar – Project Coordinator
Lourdes Aguilar is an engineer in Local Environmental Management graduated from Centro Universitario de Occidente. She has experience in community forestry and forest management and conservation. She has been part of EntreMundos since 2019.
María Recinos – Project Assistant
She is a Social Worker, graduated from the University of San Carlos de Guatemala. She has supported and worked in education, health and nutrition projects in the area of Quetzaltenango. She joined EntreMundos in 2017.
Rosa Sajché – Maintenance Manager.
Rosa was born in Finca La Suiza por el Palmar, Quetzaltenango. She now lives in La Esperanza, Quetzaltenango. She started working at EntreMundos 18 years ago. Rosa is in charge of maintenance at EntreMundos.
Graduate in Political Science and International Relations, professional in Economic Development and Sustainable Development. Founder of grassroots community groups. Currently, he is president and legal representative of EntreMundos.
Master in Criminology Sciences from Universidad San Carlos De Guatemala. Bachelor in Juridical and Social Sciences, lawyer and Notary by the Universidad Francisco Marroquín. Volunteer in Entremundos since 2004, providing legal advice and social assistance. He is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Originally from the USA, Tom Lingenfelter has lived with his family in Xela for more than 22 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University Chico. Tom is an entrepreneur in Xela. He is one of the founders of EntreMundos and serves as treasurer of the Board of Directors.
Elementary School Teacher and Middle School Teacher. Born in Xela and proud to be a Guatemalan woman and leader in different spaces. Founder of a Spanish school and a scholarship program for girls. Currently holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors.
